TAIBA – BRAZIL WAVE COMPETITION by Kite Surf Club Volta Ao Mundo

The 1st wave championship organized by the kite-school Volta Ao Mundo end of August was a great success in terms of wind-waves conditions, organization and participation.

More than 80 waves riders showed their best in Taiba Beach break, under the eye of three judges including Bass Cooler.

WAVE PRO CATEGORY :

• First place was for Arturo Bodin (TAINA)
• Third place was for Thiago Martins , FORTALEZA (TAINA) 

OPEN CATEGORY

• Jose William Taiba, took the 1st place (TAINA)
• followed in second place by Thiago Alves de Fortaleza ( TAINA)
• One of the youngest participants in this category, Dylan Cristofari (17) won the 5th place (STAR) .

All participants and spectators cant wait for the next championship in 2014!
